INFINIO – Retailer Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before placing your order. Placing an order with us constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Retailer Registration
    • Retailers must provide the following before placing their first order:
      • GST Registration Number
      • Photograph of their Visiting Card (to be shared via WhatsApp).
    • If our sales representative visits your store, the retailer registration will be completed by the representative.
  2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
    • Minimum order for retailers is 1 complete set.
    • Loose pieces/items are not sold.
  3. Delivery Charges
    • Delivery charges shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  4. Delivery Timeline
    • Orders are generally dispatched/delivered within 2 working days after payment confirmation.
    • Delivery timelines may vary due to holidays, transport delays, stock availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
  5. Inspection at Delivery
    • Customers are requested to inspect the goods at the time of delivery.
    • Any shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported immediately at the time of delivery. Claims made after delivery will not be entertained.
  6. Invoice Acceptance
    • In the absence of any written objection within 24 hours of delivery, the invoice, quantity supplied, and product details shall be deemed accepted by the customer.
  7. No Return / No Exchange
    • Goods once sold will not be taken back.
    • No returns or exchanges will be accepted after delivery.
  8. Stock Reservation
    • Stock will be reserved only after receipt of full payment.
    • Product availability is subject to stock availability at the time payment is confirmed.
  9. Product Appearance
    • Actual product colours may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting conditions, photography, and differences in mobile or computer screen displays.
  10. Ownership of Goods
    • Goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.
  11. Price & Availability
    • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
    • All orders are subject to stock availability.
  12. Force Majeure
    • We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transport disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, or similar events.
  13. Jurisdiction
    • All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra only.
  14. Payment Terms (Cash & Carry)
    • We operate strictly on a Cash & Carry basis. No credit facility is available.
    • Orders will be processed only after 100% payment is received.
    • In case of payment by cheque, goods will be dispatched only after the cheque has been successfully cleared.
